CAP Brooklyn

Welcome to Creative Arts Psychotherapy Brooklyn:

At Creative Arts Psychotherapy Brooklyn we approach mental health care with a blend of creativity and holistic principles, grounded in the belief that every individual is inherently moving toward growth and well-being. Our role as clinicians is not to impose change or offer quick fixes, but rather to cultivate deep understanding and acceptance. We recognize that each person possesses an innate capacity for healing, and our goal is to help you tap into that potential, opening doors to greater possibilities and a more fulfilling life.

Located in the heart of New York City, we serve adults, adolescents, and children both remotely and in our welcoming offices in Flatiron. Our clinicians are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where you can explore your inner world, address life’s challenges, and move toward a place of greater clarity, balance, and well-being.

Who We Are:

Our practice is built on the foundation of trauma-informed holistic psychotherapy, where we honor the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. We offer a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness-based talk therapy, creative arts therapy, coaching, and supervision. Whether you prefer the introspective journey of traditional talk therapy, the expressive freedom of creative arts therapy, or the integrative approach of somatic therapy, our team is equipped to support you in a way that aligns with your unique needs and goals.

Our Services

  • Individual Therapy: Our one-on-one sessions provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore personal challenges, increase self-awareness, and foster healing.

In supervision, we work together to ensure and develop the efficacy of the therapist/client relationship explore transference and counter-transferencial issues, and help guide clinicians in the process and business of therapy.
