Creative Arts Psychotherapy NYC

CAP is a collaborative group practice whose clinicians are dedicated to providing creative, holistic, and integrative therapy to the diverse populations we serve.

What is Creative Arts Psychotherapy?

Creative Arts Psychotherapy is a creative and holistic approach to mental health care. We believe that all people are operating towards growth and well-being. Our job is not to change or fix but rather to understand and accept in order to help people to open up to greater options and more possibilities.

We are a group of New York-based clinicians specializing in trauma-informed holistic psychotherapy. In our practice, We work with clients providing mindfulness-based talk therapy, creative arts therapy, coaching, and supervision. We offer a variety of approaches including traditional talk therapy, gestalt therapy, creative arts therapy, and somatic therapy. We serve adults, adolescents, and children remotely or in our Manhattan offices.
