What is Creative Arts Psychotherapy?
Creative Arts Psychotherapy is a creative and holistic approach to mental health care. We believe that all people are operating towards growth and well-being. Our job is not to change or fix, but rather to understand and accept in order to help people open up to greater options and more possibilities.
We are a group of New York-based clinicians specializing in trauma-informed holistic psychotherapy. In our practice, we work with clients providing mindfulness-based talk therapy, creative arts therapy, coaching, and supervision. We offer a variety of approaches, including traditional talk therapy, Gestalt therapy, creative arts therapy, and somatic therapy. We serve adults, adolescents, and children remotely or in our Manhattan offices.

Weekly clinical supervision
Supervision is an important part of a therapist’s practice contact for individual or group supervision opportunities

Individual Therapy
Mindfulness-based talk therapy/art therapy
Remote only, process emotions or challenging situations using the creative process and traditional talk therapy. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Coaching/short term solution focused therapy
Remote only, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals. Typically coaching lasts 4-12 weeks.
